Cancellation Policy

At Greno Builders Bazar, we try our best to process and deliver every order successfully. However, in some cases, orders may need to be canceled due to unavoidable reasons.

1. Order Cancellation by Greno Builders Bazar

We reserve the right to cancel any order in the following situations:

1. Product is out of stock or limited quantity available
2. Incorrect product information or pricing due to system error
3. Payment issues or suspected fraud
4. Delivery not possible at the given address or pin code
5. Any unforeseen or technical issue

If your order is canceled after payment, the paid amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

2. Cancellation by Customer

1. Customers can request cancellation of an order within 24 hours of order confirmation, only if the order has not been dispatched.
2. Once the order is dispatched or delivered, cancellation may not be allowed.
3. Certain products such as custom-made items, discounted deals, or special offers may not be eligible for cancellation.
4. Products cannot be canceled or refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect that cannot be repaired.

3. Cancellation Due to Non-Receipt of Payment

1. For payments made through Cheque / EMI / Finance, delivery will start only after payment clearance.
2. If payment is not received or cheque bounces, the order will be automatically canceled.

4. Verification & Documents

In some cases, we may request identity or address proof for order verification. If required documents are not provided, we reserve the right to cancel the order with prior intimation.

5. Refund Process

1. Refunds for online payments will be credited back to the same bank account, card, or payment method.
2. For cheque payments, refund will be issued via cheque to the billing address.
3. Refunds are usually processed within 7–10 working days.
4. Any delay caused by banks or payment gateways is beyond our control.
