At Greno Builders Bazar, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.

Refund Policy

Once an order is dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, unless the product has non-repairable manufacturing damage.

How Will You Be Refunded?

1. Refunds will be initiated only after we receive the returned product in its original condition and packaging.
2. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used at the time of purchase:
3. Credit Card / Net Banking: Refund will be credited to the same account.
4. Cheque Payment: A cheque will be sent to the billing address of the customer.

🕒 Refund Timeline:

Refunds are usually processed within 10 working days after receiving the product.

Cheque refunds may take a few additional days for delivery and clearance.

⚠️ Please note: We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.

Product Damaged or Defective

In the rare event that:

1. The product is damaged
2. The product is defective
3. The product delivered is different from what was ordered

You must immediately contact us and refuse delivery if damage is visible.

Hidden or internal defects must be reported immediately upon discovery.

Return Conditions

1. Products must be returned unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
2. All accessories must be included (manuals, cartons, labels, seals, etc.)
3. Returns must be initiated within 72 hours of delivery
4. Products that are assembled, installed, altered, or used are not eligible for return

❌ Returns without original labels, seals, or packaging will not be accepted.

Courier Collection for Returns

1. Contact our customer care within 48 hours of receiving the product
2. We will arrange courier pickup from your delivery address
3. A docket number will be provided—please keep it for reference
4. Refund or exchange will be processed only after product inspection

If the returned product does not comply with our policy, no refund or replacement will be issued.
